For Standard Orders (Easels): Your piece will be meticulously packed, fully insured,  and prepared for dispatch.
An automated email containing your tracking number will reach your inbox the moment the courier scans your package.

For Custom Orders: Our studio team will evaluate your submitted design files for suitability.
We will contact you at this email address within one business day to deliver a digital image proof for your final approval.
Once you approve the commission we will send you a link to the payment page.
Upon payment your work will begin and ship within the agreed upon time frame.
