REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our handcrafted products, all sales are final.
Once an order is placed and production begins using your submitted design files, we cannot accept returns, refunds, or cancellations.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your custom item arrives materially broken, cracked, or damaged due to transit, please contact us immediately.
Send photo proof of the packaging and item damage to our support channel within 48 hours of delivery, and we will happily arrange a replacement.
